Delivery Information

Shipping

The shipping fee generated by your order will be displayed on the checkout page.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

If you require additional shipping services such as "Signature Required," please ensure to select the appropriate option at checkout. If no one is available to receive the package, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery times are estimated based on information provided by the courier, and we cannot guarantee them. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and postal processing efficiency in your country. Delays may occur if there is a backlog at your country's postal processing center, which is beyond our control. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please email us at [email protected], and we will assist you promptly.

Please note that providing inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified details with your order, may result in processing delays of an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid any potential delays.

Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. While most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door, the delivery courier will determine if it is safe to leave the package unattended. If deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package at a local post office or reschedule delivery. To ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package, such as a work address or a friend's address.

Once your order has been dispatched, Jayceonfoley is not liable for any losses or damages. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the delivery of their purchase using the provided tracking information and to contact the courier directly for any delivery inquiries. We will assist in recovering items to the best of our abilities, but we are unable to provide replacements or refunds until the item is successfully returned or confirmation of return is provided.

Any shipping issues must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe (7 days for orders within the US, 14 days for international orders).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, sent to the email address provided during checkout, which may take up to 24 hours. A second email will be sent once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. If there are any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to be updated. In rare cases where tracking information may not update, rest assured that you will still receive your order. If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery time, please contact us for further assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions.

To be eligible for return or exchange, all products must be returned within the first 30 days following receipt of the product and must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you.
  • Product packaging must remain unopened, with all labels intact, and be returned along with the item.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not functioning upon arrival, it is eligible for return. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a defective item.

Upon returning the product, you can opt for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for another product with the price difference either refunded or topped up. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned package.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with the subject "Return Requested" and provide your order number and reason for return in your email. We will respond within 12 hours with your RMA number and return instructions.
